Adult workshops: Créations partagées

One Saturday a month from December to May, the Town of Montrouge and the Compagnie Sandrine Anglade invite you to take part in Créations partagées, a programme to discover the behind-the-scenes world of live performance and meet the people who make it. A project to experience and share. Meetings with artists, practical workshops, discovering theatre professions… Over several months, participants will follow the different stages of artistic creation. Aim of this first year: to design together an exhibition on theatre professions and creativity. Following in the footsteps of Léonard Bernstein, a man of peace. This artistic adventure is part of a creative project built around Léonard Bernstein, the American composer famous in particular for his contribution to the musical West Side Story. A musician, conductor and committed artist, Bernstein saw music as a way of creating bonds and defending a more united world. One Saturday a month. The workshops will take place one Saturday a month, from December to May. Each session may be extended, for those who wish, with a drink with the artists and facilitators. Saturday 5 December, 16:00 to 17:30: Presentation of the project, mini-concert and music awareness. Saturday 16 January, 16:00 to 17:30: Discovering the job of lighting technician, followed by a practical session. Saturday 20 March, 16:00 to 17:30: Meeting a costume designer and discovering her profession. Saturday 24 April, 16:00 to 19:00: Writing workshop and model-making with Sandrine Anglade and the troupe.
